Basic Package:

Single Game: $80 $60 per hour + 1 social media reel

Total Cost: $160 $120 (approx. 2 hr) Payment is due when receiving invoice and must be paid prior to arrival of game.

Small Package:

3-4 Games Package:

$80 $50 per hour per game + (3) 4 social media reels (approx. 2 hr)

Total Cost: $480-$640 $300-$400

Payment is due when receiving invoice and must be paid prior to arrival of game.

Medium Package:

5-7 Games Package:

$80 $45 per hour per game + (6) 8 social media reels (approx. 2 hr)

Total Cost: $800-$1120 $450-$630

Payment is due within 7 days of receiving invoice. Retainer fee of $250 down required.

Large Package:

8-12 Games Package:

$80 $45 per hour per game

$1280-$1920 $720-$1080 + (12) 14 social media reels (approx. 2 hr)

Payment is due within 21 days of receiving invoice. Retainer fee of $500 down required.

Cancelation Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled game to cancel to avoid a 5% penalty. If cancelled or rescheduled due to weathering no penalty is issued.

Travel Fee Charges:

If a trip destination only way is via tolls or is approximately more than 30 miles from Overtown location, there is a flat fee of $30 per trip. Discount: If ordering small package a 1 time travel fee of $60 $120 is due. Medium package a 1 time travel fee of $90 $210 is due. Large package a 1 time travel fee of $175 $360 is due.

Expedited Delivery:

If a client needs the final product within 24-48 hours after last service date, there will be a rush fee ($75) needs to be paid upfront & no refunds.

Payment Method:

Payments can be made via Zelle, credit card or cash.

Late Fee Charges:

If payment is not received within 7 days of the invoice date, a late fee of 10% of the total invoice amount will be applied. An additional 5% late fee will be charged every 7 days thereafter until the full payment is received.

Legal Action:

If payment is not received within 30 days, the matter may be turned over to a collection agency or pursued through legal action. The client will be responsible for all associated legal fees and costs.

Client Agreement:

By engaging in services, the client agrees to these payment terms and late fee policies.

Individual Athletes

Basic Package:

Coaches & Players

For features on The X&O JOE SHOW, we offer solo coach or player/parent appearance or duo features of coach & player, player & player, or coach & coach appearances.

All episodes are 30 minutes or less.

Single Feature Episode/Blog Post: $35

Includes a 30-minute interview, content video, and free promotion.

Duo Feature Episode/Blog Post: $50 total

Includes a 30-minute interview, content video, and free promotion.

Expedited Delivery: If a client needs the final product within 24-48 hours, charge an additional rush fee (e.g., 20% of the total cost).

Interviewing Courses for Athletes & Coaches

Beginners Level- Introduce basic interviewing skills, build confidence, and develop foundational communication abilities. (1 Week Long 1 HR Per Day)

Intermediate Level- Recap basic interview skills, introduce more advanced techniques and slightly more complex questions. These techniques help intermediate-level athletes refine their interviewing skills, making them more confident & effective communicators during interviews, mock interview with a professional guest included. Advanced Level- Introduce & Develop athletic personal branding, introduce various techniques to equip athletes in both positive and negative spaces to enhance proficiency, savviness and confidence in answering questions, mock interview trial & networking with professionals from the industry.
